The purpose of this role is to manage all incoming leads to ensure each one is given the best chance to be monetized. This position is one of the first points of contact with the team. The bulk of time will be spent answering phone calls from leads, entering them in our CRM, and scheduling appointments with our sales team. The ability to build rapport and empathize/sympathize with leads is crucial. This person must be professional, polite, energetic, and explain to potential sellers that we can provide a solution for their need, whatever that may be. We need an individual who excels in communication with strong customer service skills.
LIS/FUS Responsibilities:
• Answer any phone calls and filter out the leads.
• Follow up with existing leads within CRM from all Marketing Sources.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Team on group calendar
• Collaborate with the Admin and Sales Team
• Create a warm hand off for the Sales Team to connect with viable leads.

HYPR Service is actively looking for experienced ISA. In this role you will be focused on speaking directly to homeowners via inbound and outbound calls. The goal is to find their motivation, make cash offers, follow up on leads and work with your Acquisition's Manager/Client in getting the property under contract. We are seeking for aggressive and hardworking individual who is ready to learn, develop and grow with their respective clients.
ISA VA Responsibilities:
• Taking live calls from homeowners/ live call transfers from Cold Callers/LIS
or FUS and assisting them in making offers on their homes.
• Using the MLS/PropStream to understand the market and make proper offers
on homes.
• Running Comparable Sales.
• Making the Offer.
• Lead follow-ups and nurture
• Put Deals UNDER CONTRACT!
• Drafting and sending the contract to the seller for signing
• Working with Transactions and Dispositions in completing necessary details
in closing the deal

HYPR Service is actively looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant who is qualified for an Acquisitions Specialist role. A real estate acquisitions specialist is responsible for property acquisitions, generally pursuing existing properties for investment companies, real estate investment firms or sponsors. They find, analyze, negotiate, and process the purchase of investments or commercial real estate or residential real estate properties. They also prepare financial and legal documents, investment reports, and paperwork for the benefit of the sale and act as an intermediary between buyers, attorneys, and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed.
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends.
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions.
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close.
